This policy explains what information Sunrises & Sunsets ("we", "us") collects through sunrisesandsunsets.com, our contact form, and our SMS messages, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Contact form and email. Your name, email address, the site or domain you mention, and your message.
  • SMS reporting program. The mobile phone number and name of each person who has asked to receive our daily performance texts.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry.
  • To send the SMS reports you agreed to receive, and to honor opt-out requests.
  • To keep the site and our systems secure.

SMS messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the messaging providers we use to deliver texts (Amazon Web Services and the wireless carriers).

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms for full SMS program details.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, email, and messaging, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep contact messages as long as needed to respond and maintain our records. We remove a phone number from the SMS program when its owner opts out or no longer needs the reports.
